The Fast for Earth Pledge is a healthy way to allow your body to tap into fat reserves as its primary fuel source by extending the time between meals and also has a positive impact on the planet by reducing a person’s plastic and carbon footprint.

This 12-week challenge is easy to follow with no special foods required, so you’ll have no problem finding fitting the pledge seamlessly into your lifestyle. Fasting methods can work with any type of diet, we do not advocate any particular diet other than one that is healthy and based on whole foods. Fasting protocols have so many options, they can easily fit into any, lifestyle, workplace environment, or cuisine preferences.

The 12-week challenge can be customized to your lifestyle and fasting skill level.  You can omit to:

•  Intermittent fasting every day for the 12 weeks.

•  16-8

•  18-6

•  20-4

•  OMAD – One meal a day.

•  Full day fasting

•  Fasting one day a month

•  Fasting one day every other week

•  Fasting one day a week
